LMFAO

I'm In Miami Bitch ": Are ya'll ready to see the hottest band on the planet?"

When
we pulled into the city that started it all, Sky Blu pointed out the
hotel they stayed at when he and Redfoo came up with "I'm In Miami
Bitch."

Further down the street was our current hotel, the breathtaking Fontainebleau. Even though the location is the same, LMFAO has come a long way.
Shortly
after check-in and a brief nap, it was off to the first of two
interviews. We longingly looked out at the pool and the ocean, but
there was no time to play, only to admire.

The boys sat down for an interview with Deco Drive (http://www.decodrive.com) at Gotham,
the restaurant in the Fontainebleau. We were served the amazing puprle
drinks, Foo's recommendation, and I can't tell you what's even in these
things, but I can tell you they're worth booking a flight to Miami simply to get one.

The interviewer asked Foo and Sky about everything under the sun--from PartyRockPeople (http://www.partyrockpeople.com) and the clothing line (http://www.partyrocklife.com) to Miami-specific questions.

"I
was in the Keys recently and a yacht went by with topless girls
blasting your song [I'm In Miami Bitch]," the interviewer told the
boys. "You guys have officially made it."

Foo
and Sky shared funny stories from the road: "Last night was kind of
violent," Sky said. "It started with Foo spraying a botle of Moet in
our van." Foo took out his iPhone to play the video of us screaming and
splashing in the champagne.
"How are you guys still alive?" the interviewer joked.

Reek,
Pete and I watched the interview and couldn't contain our laughter. Foo
and Sky's humor never ceases to make you laugh so hard, you almost spit
out your fancy purple drink.

"Fans can't get crazy and punch me in the face," Foo joked, referring to an incident we had in Orlando the previous night.

"Why no lenses?" they were asked. "Because we're not shady," Sky responded.
How would LMFAO decribe their music in three words "Party...Rock...yabitch!"

After the Gotham interview, it was off to LIV,
the nightclub in the Fontainebleau, for a second interview. With just
five minutes to spare for us to change into I'm In Miami Bitch Party
Rock Gear, it was time to get to the first show of the night at Florida International University.

A tour bus, courtesy of the radio station Y100,
was waiting and the consensus among the Party Rock Crew was that that's
the only way to travel from now on. We had comfortable sofas and soft
pillows--even a bathroom, though it didn't work at the time.

Siditious

The mysterious hyphy void known as Siditious has supposedly been back at the drawing board writing and recording a cornucopia of new material for his upcoming album 'Im Fat You're Gay, Let's Kiss and Make Up' to be released at the end of the year including singles that will be released year long. At least he has a solid marketing mentality.

according to some internet rumors and a published article by a questionable source, in combination with his own self released material (which has been known to change due to studio control) Siditious is to be releasing his album Road to Rhythm City for free over the internet on it's own private website as of christmas 09. His follow up single, Zombies and Vampires will be available 1/1/10 worldwide.

David Guetta began DJing as a teenager while growing up in Paris and has been a star in his French homeland for most of this decade, but the success of his new "One Love" album has taken him to a new level.

"One Love" debuted at No. 2 on the Canadian sales chart earlier this month on the strength of two gold-certified singles, "When Love Takes Over" (featuring former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland) and "Sexy Bitch" (featuring Akon). It topped the charts in France and Belgium and reached the Top 5 in Australia, Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Switzerland.

"We call it electro-hop," says Guetta of the sound on his fourth album that's capturing everyone's attention. "It's a mix of electronic music from Europe and urban music from America."

In addition to Rowland and Akon, "One Love" also features contributions from Black Eyed Pea Will.i.am, Estelle, Ne-Yo, Kid Cudi, Apl De Ap, Novel, longtime vocal collaborator Chris Willis and others.

Steve Angello "Tivoli"

Steve Angello from the Swedish House Mafia is the featured star this week, with a nice little teaser to his forthcoming artist album. ‘Tivoli’ is a peak time rocker that builds and flexes into a plethora of manic synths and white noise, perfectly engineered for an explosive euphoric moment. Remix competition winners ‘Hy2rogen & Fr3cky’ compliment the release with a slick tripped out rework.

Sharam directs his own music video for She Came Along

Sharam feat. Kid Kudi “She Came Along”. He calls himself SERIO TAYEBI which is taken from Sergio Leoni, the great western director and Sharam’s last name, Tayebi.

On ‘She Came Along’, Sharam and Kid Cudi work a sample of Patsy Cline’s 1962 pop hit ‘Strange’. Sharam’s ‘Ecstasy Of Ibiza Mix’ is thick heavy hitting house for the big rooms that breaks down into the chorus without a mention of Kid Cudi’s vocals. The man of the moment Alex Kenji drops a bouncing house groove and lays down a solid arrangement using both Cudi’s vocals, the hook and guitar sample. These mixes were a smoking gun for Sharam on the white isle this summer.
